Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BossFight Sales (“BossFight,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use BossFight Sales at bossfightsales.com and related services (the “Service”).
1. Who we are
BossFight Sales is an AI cold call training simulator. You practice sales calls against AI buyer personas and receive scored feedback. We are based in Massachusetts, United States.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Your email address (used for magic-link sign-in), and any name or profile details you choose to provide.
Practice session data. When you run a practice Session, we record the call audio, generate a transcript, and create a Combat Report with scores and coaching feedback. We store these so you can review your progress over time.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card) but we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and similar diagnostics. We use a product analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar browser storage both to keep you signed in and to operate our product analytics (PostHog).
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, generate your Combat Reports and coaching feedback, authenticate you, process payments, respond to support requests, improve and secure the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Voice recordings and transcripts
To deliver realistic practice and coaching, the Service records the audio of your practice Sessions and converts it to text. This audio and transcript is processed by third-party AI providers to generate the AI buyer’s responses and your Combat Report. Recordings and transcripts are associated with your account. You can request deletion of your session data at any time.
5. Third parties and service providers
We share limited information with vendors that help us run the Service: OpenAI (real-time voice processing), Anthropic (Combat Report scoring and feedback), PostHog (product analytics), Resend (transactional email), and Railway and Supabase, our hosting and database infrastructure.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Legal bases and disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
7. Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and similar browser storage. Strictly necessary cookies handle authentication and session management; because they are essential to signing in, disabling them may prevent the Service from working. Analytics cookies and storage are set by PostHog to measure how the Service is used, including automatically captured interactions such as clicks and page views. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are in a region that requires consent for analytics cookies, contact us at the address in Section 14 and we will honor your preference.
8. Data retention
We retain account and session data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period.
9. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account and session data by contacting us at sheel@bossfightsales.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
11. Children
The Service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children.
12. International users
We operate in the United States and store data there.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.
